Cancellation Policy:
60 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee per room
- less than 60 days, your full deposit will be charged.If, during
your stay here, you need to leave earlier than your reservation departure
date, we require one day
notice. Your refund will be 50% of the remaining days unless there are
unusual circumstances.
PLEASE NOTE: For the 2 weeks before and after Christmas and Easter weekend, our Cancellation Policy is 90 days prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded less $100 per room and if less than 90 days, your full deposit will be charged. As these times of the year are extremely popular, please try to reserve early and for more than 5 days.
Monetary Considerations:
Mahahual does not have an ATM but there is a Money Exchange booth on cruise ship
days ( usually Monday through Friday). Please come prepared to pay your bill in cash with US dollars or pesos (at the current rate of exchange) or American Express traveller's cheques. We cannot accept credit cards at this time. The excursions and restaurants accept cash only. |
